Mike Gehlbach, founder of Vexev Solutions, is a technology leader known for his deep technical expertise, talent for solving complex problems, commitment to client service excellence, and track record of delivering results. With more than 20 year of emerging technology experience, he has helped some of the largest global corporations apply technologies to solve their toughest business challenges. He is passionate about building and growing his team’s talents and instills in them his client service passion and servant leadership philosophy.

Experience

Mike’s technology expertise is the result of decades of hands-on leadership experience honed while an executive with both Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has defined technology strategies ranging from enterprise architecture strategies to complex system integration strategies for M&As. He has delivered technology solutions comprised of a broad array of technologies for a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. With his unique background of technology, leadership, and problem-solving expertise, Mr. Gehlbach has frequently been entrusted to lead program and project turn-around efforts to successful conclusion.

Education

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas, Austin. His pursuit of this degree was driven by a burning desire to learn the skills necessary to solve some of the world’s most difficult engineering challenges – space travel. This education provided not only the problem solving skills he desired, but also provided the foundation of software development skills he would later need. While at UT, he was also an active leader within the Texas Union, serving as the president of Recreational Events Committee, president of the Texas Union Program Council, and a member of the Texas Union Board of Directors. These active leadership years influenced his leadership style for years to come.
